Last week, I was grabbed from behind by a man while he yelled profanity at me. I yelled and screamed and he eventually let go and ran away. All my defense weapons were in my backpack, which was ultimately useless to me. This happened in the morning in a small parking lot with people around but nobody seemed to really care.
I took a self defense class back in college, and despite having some knowledge on what to do, I still felt unprepared and defenseless. Is there anything more I can do to prepare myself or techniques I should try?
