Drive Thru Non-Incident

Wasn't sure how to tag this, and it was a non incident, but thought it spoke well to the concealed carry mindset. At the drive thru tonight, some guy decided to cut me off after ordering after me. To be clear, he damn near took my front bumper off and every sensor on my car was alerting he cut in front of me so close.Of course I was irritated and made a comment about him being an asshole. Both our windows were down - I'm sure he heard. Regardless, that's not the story. We both pull out of the lot to the light. I'm going straight - so is he. I need to turn left a bit up the road... So does he. At the next intersection, I have a right turn, and wouldn't you know it, he turns right too. Now, I have no idea if he's paying any attention, but this was the third intersection we'd gone through going the same way. At this point, he makes the very next turn I was planning on (4th intersection for those counting), so I went straight and took a bit of a detour home. The moral of the story is simply this - deescalate whenever possible. I was right, he was wrong. But it was better to take a detour than risk a possible altercation. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3bxWUi9
