How many rounds do you put through a new pistol before you trust it?

Does the manufacturer matter? Or the specific gun?Just bought a new S&W M&P 2.0 in 40. I know it is a common gun in use (or once used) by police all over, so maybe at least a hundred round break in? More? Less? Why? (I'm always trying to learn.)Thanks! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3tbepv0
