I have a 3 month old that I take with me pretty much everywhere. Throughout the week I like to take them on walks around the neighborhood. We live near a busy highway and supermarket, so I'm always watching others.
Most of the time, I use the stroller since it's easier for walking long distances. I tend to stay on the main roads or highly populated neighborhoods, but I do want to make sure I'm being safe.
Any advice on what I should carry/do to protect my lo and self in case of emergency?
