Should I look for a smaller gun?

I currently have a 4” m&p 2.0 that I love shooting. I’m planning to carry appendix (planning to run with a sidecar set up) and am wondering if maybe i need to go with a smaller gun. I’m about 5’7, 195lbs with a little bit of a beer belly. Any input is helpful. Just dont want to spend $80-150 on a holster and find out it doesnt work for me via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3dpVwht
