I have always wondered the legality of using a human shield in self defense. To clarify, I am NOT talking about a hostage situation, which is obviously illegal. I am talking about a scenario where there are 2 aggressors trying to kill you. Aggressor A has a gun and is trying to shoot you, and to shield yourself from the barrage of bullets, you pull aggressor B in front of you. It's most likely an extremely rare thing, if it ever happens outside of a movie. Would you be at fault for the death of aggressor B? In this scenario they probably both had intent to take your life.
