How much time should I spend on each discipline?

I want to learn from various disciplines to have a well-rounded knowledge and practice for self defense. I'm considering the following ones:
- BJJ (grappling/defending on the ground)

- Western boxing (punching/maintain distance)

- Muy Thai (striking/clinch)

- Wrestling (takedowns/takedown defense)

How much should I train in each of these disciplines so that it's main components (in parantheses) is internalized enough to be good enough for that aspect of self defense?
