Hello, I'm trying to find out if this is possible - I live in NJ and own property in Philadelphia. I still get the water bill in my name, but my driver's license, electric bills, credit cards, etc. have my NJ address.Since getting an NJ CCW is not likely (to say the least) I can't go for the non-resident permit (since that is based on having a permit in my home state). Question is, can I use the water bill (and possibly proof of property ownership) to get a PA permit? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3kOCjZ8
