I got my mags and my mag release in the other day and I’ve been like 1/2 debating carrying before testing or not. Glad I didn’t.Took everything to the range today. I ran 500 rounds throguh one mag, 100% reliability.The second mag, I started having issues right off the bat. First it was this then a little of that then oh! It did thisIf you were wondering, it does this when I use HST but works perfect with round nose FMJ.Even when I managed to get one to chamber, two or three rounds Later it would try and chamber around straightforward and jam the slide open.Needless to say, it’s going back to Shield. At least one works that I can trust carrying. Hopefully it won’t take them forever and ever to get a replacement.Let this be a lesson to you. Do not EVER carry brand new firearms OR newly designed magazines (which isn’t common) without shooting them first.
