Does anybody else here carry a full size, or semi-full sized handgun year round?

I personally have been carrying a Glock 45 in both winter and summer type clothing with no issues at all with concealment, even with a WML and +4 extended magazine if that's what I feel like carrying that day. I know this is very dependent on my body type, but I would just hate to sacrifice the comfort and capacity of my full sized frame and carry something smaller.
