The only time I’m not carrying is when I’m at work. With COVID-19 on the rise I’ve notice an increased tension in people. Today at work 2 gentlemen got into an intense screaming match in the parking lot, but thankfully it deescalated. At other store nearby two women accidentally bumped into each other and got into a very similar altercation. And lastly last night a woman one town over was held at gun point, and robbed of the groceries she had just purchased. All shift today I pondered the idea of carrying on shift from here on out. When I voiced this to my girlfriend she stated it would make her feel better if I did.We talk guns a lot at work as one coworker, my boss, and the owner have firearms. I know my owner hunts regularly and has his concealed carry license but never talks about actually carrying. (Nor do I.)I’m pondering to either not carry and continue on business as usual, just start carrying, or talk to my owner before carrying on shift.Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.TLDR: With rising national tension and local outbursts, I’m debating carrying on shift now but am unsure if I should just secretly carry, talk to our owner who carries (not on premises to my knowledge), or just continue to not carry. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3a8hnHC
