I am interested in applying for my Utah ccw but upon reading the reasons for disqualification section, I saw that crimes of moral turpitude is on there.When I was a juvenile I forged some documents. It was a dumb thing to do but as a “low risk” teen at the time with a “promising future” as declared by the judge and prosecutor I got a 1 year probation which I passed flawlessly and got my record expunged immediately.I realize this disqualified me but on other crimes there was a waiting period listed. On crimes of moral turpitude it never has any waiting period. I am legally able to own firearms and passed the nj gun license check via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/30DNueF
