Holster recommendations for handguns that have Beaver tails

Just out of curiosity are there Holsters out there that are specifically designed to make the beaver tail for my CZ- P07 more comfortable? I really like this handgun but I'm getting a little tied of the beaver tail digging into my sides. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2OQpL4M
