My girlfriends dad is against her pepper blaster

My girlfriend (who wont carry a gun) now carry's a pepper blaster 2 I bought her in a kydex holster. She showed her dad and he said he didnt like it because it looks like a gun and a perp might pull out a gun and shoot her because the perp would think it's a gun.
