When will Texas' Governor sign permitless carry bill?

I know it passed the senate so presumably its ready for signature? Forgive my ignorance but I recall the hoopla when it passed the senate but not a whisper on when it is to be signed. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3wdbWSY
