Open carry, no mag?!

Saw a guy today at the supermarket open carrying a striker fired pistol in a nice holster with no mag. I’ve seen photos of that before, but never figured I’d see one in public. Almost asked why. Seems...strange. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2NYl9xx
