Anybody know if the Shield Plus with night sights has not been released or is just out of stock everywhere?

Buying my first CCW gun, been shooting my entire life but never had a CCW. I want the new shield plus with the stock tritium night nights, but they are out of stock everywhere and no local dealer even has them on their website. Anybody know why this is?
