Why does no one talk about +p or +p+ ammo?

I carry a P365 and been looking at adding +p ammo or some new/experimental +p+ loads. Not many people are focusing on fps or ksi on ammo. Most modern guns can handle +p and it’s basically the new standard.However, this makes me wonder if it makes more sense to carry .380 with +p load. It would be significantly easier to conceal and a .380 with +p loads seems to have similar stopping power as a 9mm. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3iPUbBI
