If you are denied can you re-apply in the future?

If denied a permit because of a time sensitive thing (like a “have you ___ within the last __ years” type of question), will you be able to reapply in the future once that amount of time has passed? Do any states put you on a permanent denied list? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/377oWjt
