I've been reading a few cases from calguns on times CCW's came to the rescue. Perhaps it's just the samples I was reading but is it generally assumed that you'll have to be taken into custody in the event you discharge your weapon in a self-defense situation and be held until the police can get the facts of the situation? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2FLKJSt
