Hi guys,New gun owner here trying to make sure I understand and obide by all laws and regulations, which leads me to my question. On the WI CCW website it is not totally clear on this. The website states, "A Wisconsin resident must have a Wisconsin concealed carry license in order to carry in Wisconsin, even if that individual holds a valid concealed carry license from another state."Then right underneath that it states, "Permit(s) Honored In Wisconsin With Special Conditions:Virginia NON-RESIDENT license only. Virginia resident license does not qualify for recognition in Wisconsin."So I am hoping you guys may be able to help clarify if I would be completely good to go with the non-resident VA CCW License or if the "Special Conditions" come with certain limitations.Thank you in advance! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2WvBmLZ
