Noob here: How steep is the SA/DA learning curve?

So I’ll be buying my first handgun in a few months when I turn 21 (funny how I can go to war for this country but not buy a pistol) and I’m deciding between two CZ pistols: the P07 which is hammer fired and the P10C which is striker fired. This will be my EDC pistol. I like both, but the P07 looks better to me and I like the added safety of the double action trigger pull (don’t want to blow my glizzy off).
