LTC problem

So basically, I have a changed my address for LTC and I think they sent a new card?Anyways, it’s no clear anywhere online if I can still carry with the old card since the LTC number doesn’t change. And I have 30 days to change my address when I move but no where online can I find it I can still carry.Anyways, here’s where the huge problems is:When I use the link below to check if my LTC is valid (which it is) and out my number in, it’s says it’s valid BUT when ever I put any completely random string of numbers in that’s 8 digits long, it also says it’s VALID. it literally verifies 55555555 and 00000000 as valid.So I’m confused.https://ift.tt/2MrPHU0 also tried other random stings that don’t make any sense.
