Newbie here.If I have a firearm that has an external safety, I feel that I could carry it with a round in the chamber, potentially making it faster to unload on an aggressor.If I had a firearm with no external safety, I probably would not carry it with a round in the chamber. Does this mean I would have to rack the slide before firing? (Seems like this would be a time loss).Do I have this right? Can someone explain? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3eLOXFl
