Will this disqualify me from obtaining a CCW?

I come from a very non-liberal 'shall-issue' state with no state income tax. I'm of legal age to carry. I've been an expat abroad for the past two years now returning to live in the states full time. Long story short, I didn't file taxes during this time because I was naive and thought I was exempt due to the FEIE (fixing that, without going off topic).Casual conversation with my mom reveals all the above and she's freaking out how they'll do a background check, reveal this, deny me, hit up the IRS, etc. Is this cause for concern?The only other thing I'm concerned with is my legal address on my driver's license I no longer live at and she's claiming they might want to turn up at random to interview me. I actually don't rent or own in the state currently (or anywhere else in the US at the moment for that matter) but am still a legal resident. Does this matter? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2HfIwM5
