Open carry when doing outdoor activities like fishing or hiking in the woods

What is your opinion on open carry when doing these activity’s? I generally conceal but pa has open carry. Also any recommendations for holster that would work with frog togs chest waders. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/39wRpx1
