Removed gun from holster and it was stuck somehow in a press check.

First full day with my G43 in a new Vedder Lighttuck and when I removed it from my 4:00 I discovered that the slide had somehow been pulled back slightly. I removed the gun carefully and it looked like it was stuck in a press check. What could have caused this? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2IfwZ19
