Illinois CCW carriers!

Has anyone in Illinois been able to contact the State Police? I've called and sent emails and I have gotten zero responses. the one phone number in particular just says "If you are calling between 0830 and 1700 we are experiencing high call volumes. Please try again later" and then it hangs up on you.​All I need is my online password reset so I can update information.Anyone else having the same issue? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2Uo7vBd
