Got me a Taurus 709 Slim with this holster. I used to think people hated on Taurus because they are cheap but now I'm reading about all those recalls (of which the 709 is not a part of) and its making me a little concerned. Provided I handle properly, can I be confident this gun won't go bang unless I want it to? I prefer carrying with one in the chamber and no safety.
