Wasn't there but local parents are freaking out:There was an encounter with a neighborhood elementary school age child who was chased by one of the males brandishing a black handgun that appeared to be a semi automatic. The boy escaped and hid at his house. I witnessed part of the emcounter and observed the handgun and dialed 911 with a description.I rarely carry in the neighborhood, guess that's going to change. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/Vb38n4z
