CCW during the summer and sweat?

Good morning and I hope everyone has a good 4th! I'm just wondering how everyone deals with sweat when you carry? I know that you can have a sweat guard but that seems to do very little for me. Does anyone here have any creative solutions? Undershirts or something like that? We are currently hitting 90+ here in the south and we plan to be out and about. I'd like to A/IWB carry but I feel like the amount of sweat may rust my Glock's slide.
