When moving to another state that shares reciprocity with your permit-providing state, when do you need a new permit?

When someone has a permit in state A and moves to state B (which respects the CCW license from state A) can they not carry until they get a new permit in state B?Is it as soon as you buy or the lease becomes active on your new residence?Is it when you move in?Is it when you get your new drivers license/state ID?Nothing to do with gun ownership licenses or anything lile that, just asking about the CCW permit. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2Xpc7xQ
