Vedder Hybrid Update: love em or hate em, Vedder has great customer service


Original post: https://ift.tt/3hkezwZ hybrid rapid tuck left a gap in the trigger well. With some back and forth with customer service they offered to have it shipped back and fix the problem. After asking about an exchange for a Light Tuck, they agreed, even after telling them I cut a notch on the bottom of the kydex so I could move the clip lower to increase ride height. They usually don’t accept/exchange modified holsters but made an exception because of the trigger issue.They will even refund me the difference since the hybrid leather was more expensive!Love them or hate them, they made it right and have great customer service. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3jZgqc0
