So I carry a compact 1911 in 45 and it kicks pretty good. I’m working on my technique every time I go to the range which is about once or twice a week but I love accessories! I don’t think I could do a compensator because I have a heavy bull barrel and I don’t think anyone makes a threaded bull barrel that’s 3.5” long. But I had this idea just spit balling. What if I used one of those Mexican carry clips and modified it to be like a gas pedal? I’m left handed so I have zero gas pedal options. But idk if it would fit in a holster.
