Went to the gun range today and there were a group of ladies taking a CCW class. As per the usual there was a Law Shield salesman and one of the ladies seemed pretty confident when questioning the purposes of adding civil coverage when KY law prohibits civil suits in a justified shoot.I can’t seem to find anything one way or the other. Anyone have any info or know where to look? If a shoot is found to be justified can a person be sued civilly? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3BSmqJL
