Even if you don't get someone right in the eyes with pepper spray does it still work?

I was hoping maybe it eventually drips or they accidentally wipe it into their eyes trying to get it off. I've practiced with pepper spray, accidentally got it on my hands and it burned like crazy for hours. I can only imagine the pain and hassle it would be to avoid getting it in your eyes once you're sprayed in that area. Probably still burns your face . via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3A4TDRM
