Hello! I am a New Jersey resident taking a trip in November to Tennessee. I Will be traveling through WV, Virginia, Tennessee then North Carolina after. I have a NH non resident carry permit. I know I can conceal carry in the states I just mentioned but I am confused on one thing. When im driving does my handgun need to be unloaded? Does it need to be in a case?
