Maybe this isn't the right place for this, but I just wanted to vent. Its been a few months since I've been to the local range, so figured I'd go down there today and fire off some rounds and relieve some stress.First thing that sucked: They were selling FMJ 9mm rounds for $30 (box of 50). Guess during these times I better just use what I can get.I took my TX22 and EZ9 and for the life of me couldn't hit the targets from 15 ft away, my grouping was awful. What made it worse was that both guns were having failure to feed issues over and over again. I swapped out the magazines and same thing. After every shot, FTF. I don't think I was limp wristing, but who knows....odd that both guns would simultaneously FTF every time. After 15 minutes or so of this, I just packed up and went home. Now normally I dry fire down range and check the barrel before I leave so I know that the guns aren't chambered. When I got home I nearly had a heart attack when I was getting ready to disassemble the TX22. It looked like a round was still chambered. Removed mag, inserted rod and pushed out a spent cartridge with the casing stuck in the chamber. Phew. I think I am going to give both guns a thorough cleaning and maybe try different ammo too next time. Here's what I've been shooting today:Federal American Eagle 115gr FMJ 9mmCCI Blazer 22lr 38gr 1235 fpstldr: range day sucked today, but maybe it was just me. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/35DX1pE
