Concealed carry for a chef (elastic waistband)

What's up everybody, I'll try and explain my situation short and sweet so I can figure out how to carry safely/comfortably given my situation.I'm a chef, 70hr workweeks, uniform is a t shirt (no coat) and elastic waistband pants (that tie). I carry a glock 19 gen 5, I've been carrying a few weeks already, 3 o clock with some 15$ fabric amazon holster. Minimal printing, but my pants need to be retied every so often which is annoying. I'm thinking these are my options:1) get a quality holster made for my gun (it would still clip to elastic pants which I feel would make my pants sag no matter the quality) 2) belly band so the gun doesn't depend on my pants to hold it, the pros being that I can carry an extra mag, any position I want 3) something like a smartcarry, since my pants are baggy and could be reached down to easily (also could fit another mag, wouldn't have to be readjusted a ton, no printing) 4) ankle carry, really don't wanna go this route for many reasons, mostly being it being very inaccessibleI don't appendix carry because often my front hits up against prep tables, grills, etc. The 3 o clock has been comfortable, it's more like a 330/4 with the grip angled down slightly (going back to point #1, could get a kydex that angles and snaps into place). I'm really open to suggestions from more experienced users! I hope carrying in my situation isn't too uncommon and there's a good solution, I have thoroughly enjoyed gun ownership and carrying so far. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/39DgY0R
