What percentage of guys blow their load in the first seconds of a street fight? Are these guys actually the easiest to defend against?

At first it appears that your opponent is scary and dangerous and he probably is if he connects. Im not trained but I feel if you know how to defend yourself you would realize how much of a joke these guys actually are. Am I right?
