Anyone ever actually use one of the CCW insurance companies?

I could have missed something but I have not been able to find any articles online of people who actually used one of these companies, for example Facebook reviews of a few of the common ones are all just people saying they feel safer having it while none have actually tried using it. I also emailed around and got the standard "we can't talk about any of our cases due to privacy" which is understandable but still leaves me skeptical as to whether that couple hundred dollars a year would be useful or is just supposed to make me feel safer.
