First time I thought I would use my gun

One year ago I was dating a girl who was dealing with a stalker ex. She told me the ex messaged her and told her he would be at her residence when she left work. I told her to close the windows and lock the doors. She revealed that the sliding door in her house doesn't lock. I ended up buying a cargo bar that days and had her install it in the sliding door.We used to work together. I usually ended work around 1630. She clocked out around 1900. I made use of the time and went to get house after clocking out, barricaded the secondary doors, installed cargo bars in the sliding doors and waited for her to get home.I advised the local PD to be on the look out for a specific vehicle as well as asked for a check up on the property every once in a while which resulted in a police cruiser passing the house about every half hour.I had a 380 in the pocket and a 9mm about my 4 o'clock. I didn't learn this until later but she had a .410 shotgun stashed above the door entrance door.Anyway... His truck was about to make it down the driveway. He wanted to be at her house before she got there. Thanks to my work schedule, I was able to be at her house, barricading the place, about two hours beforehand. Fucker saw my car in the driveway and reversed out of there.
