Can I use deadly force if someone were trying to steal my dog from me or from my car and I caught them.

This is incredibly random and I know that in Ohio the law is pretty specific about you're only allowed to pull and use your weapon if you or someone else is expected to receive intense harm or death. But I would hope I could at least shoot at someone if I didn't put bystanders in danger of they were running off with my dog. Very random scenario I know. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/37L1u86
