Just wanted to share an experience with Vedder Holsters' customer service. I've had a LightTuck for 3 years that I use on my EDC. Over the last week or so I noticed that once of the screws on the clip became seized to the mating female Chicago screw inside the holster, and just rotates with the screw head when you try to tighten or loosen it. It left the clip stuck in a loose state that let's the holster move on my belt.I emailed Vedder about it, and they sent me a free set of hardware so that I could drill the offending screw out and replace it. That went fine at first, but as I drilled the bit caught the screw and ripped it out of the holster, breaking the Kydex.I emailed Vedder back with some pictures telling them what happened, and they're covering the holster under their lifetime warranty. They'll be sending me a brand new LightTuck replacement. These guys are a great company that make a great product. It's the first and only holster I've bought for my carry gun, and after this I'll definitely be buying from them again. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2SCUViF
