I am now at 62 days.Called DPS and the rep I spoke to said that they technically have up to 180 days if there is an issue the investigators need to look at more closely, but they would send a certified letter about it. And then she tells me that they haven’t sent any letters to me, but that they can still take more than 60 days regardless. She also seemed to indicated that the holidays might have something to do with the delay, but based on other Texas posts I have seen others that submitted in December have not run into that same issue.Timeline for my app is as follows.App submitted 11/8. Fingerprints done 11/10 Class done 12/8 All paperwork / DD214 uploaded 12/8 Email confirmation received 12/9 Website showing app in process 12/18The only declaration I had was a bad check in like 2003 that was a class C misdemeanor.And that’s it.Do I call my state rep at this point?
