9mm or .40 for my next carry gun

So I’m having a bit of a crisis trying to decide between a glock 19 chambered in 9mm or a glock 23 chambered in .40 s&w. My current carry weapon is chambered in .40 and while I love the round 9mm is significantly cheaper & obviously the glock 19 is able to hold more rounds.
