WTF Washington??

Was reading over State of Washington laws and came across this:RCW 70.108.150 Firearms — Penalty. "It shall be unlawful for any person, except law enforcement officers, to carry, transport or convey, or to have in his possession or under his control any firearm while on the site of an outdoor music festival."Do they want another Las Vegas?Why be so specific? CCW is mostly allowed everywhere else (except for govt buildings) including in public and national parks. I guess I can understand not wanting attendees to be consuming alcohol and various drugs while armed. There will always be stupid people like that FBI agent who was dancing and his weapon flew out and he shot somebody picking it back up.But what about people working the festival? One of my main reasons for carrying is because I work a lot of large events with a lot of people, places where active shooter situations have been happening with more and more frequency.
