Just learned about Utah’s provisional permit, and I have some questions.

So I saw a video about how it’s possible to get a permit at 18 because of Maine’s and Utah’s laws but only if your state allows it. How does this work? I’m currently in Nevada and don’t know much about ccw laws. Would I be able to get a ccw from Maine or Utah so I can conceal in my state? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2N40zWZ
