I'm new to carrying, bought a G19 back in may and have been carrying for about month now, I carry with a round chambered, however I unchamber said round when I put my gun in my nightstand when I go to sleep. I keep the full magazine in the gun, however I'm the father of an 8 month old daughter learning to crawl, so I'd like to keep my gun accessible and can't in good conscience keep a gun with a round chambered on my nightstand. That being said, I've had 3 different rounds completely separate when they eject as I'm emptying the chamber, is this due to the same round being chambered and unchambered repeatedly? Is my carry ammo unsafe? Currently I have Hornady American Gunner HPs. just what the shop sold me when I asked for hollow points to carry. I've since done some research and am looking into Speer Gold Dots or Federal hydra shok, just wondering if what I currently have is unsafe? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2vBqbmD
