I know this varies by state. I'm in PA if any other residents have specific info. But ...Our town had a home invasion recently. When it was discussed on the Nextdoor app, one person said that if your doors aren't locked then the Castle Doctrine doesn't apply.I'm not asking whether it should apply or whether that should stop you from shooting if necessary. But I'd never heard that said before and was wondering if anyone could confirm or deny from a legal perspective. My son-in-law is in law enforcement and didn't think it was true.Thanks. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/eVXpJ4S
